  1. ABOUT IMPERIORA

In these Terms, “IMPERIORA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this seller. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

These Terms govern purchases from IMPERIORA and use of our Website, together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and authorized to use the selected payment method.

You must not use the Website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent information, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity. This does not remove our obligations relating to existing orders.

  1. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We sell gaming décor and accessories as described on the relevant product pages.

Please review the selected size, dimensions, features, and included accessories before ordering. Photographs may show different lighting settings or surrounding objects that are not included. Screen settings and ambient lighting can affect perceived colors.

These variations do not excuse a product that materially differs from its description or is defective.

Use products according to the instructions supplied. Do not modify electrical components or use a product with an incompatible power source.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly identified.

Applicable taxes and any charges collected by us are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Our standard shipping to eligible United States addresses is free, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Payment is processed through the payment providers available at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may separately apply currency-conversion or other account-related charges.

Price changes apply to future orders and do not authorize us to increase the amount of an existing order without your agreement.

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

To order, select your product and variant, add it to your cart, review your selection, and complete checkout. You can review and correct your information before submitting the order.

Selecting the final payment or order-submission button submits an order with an obligation to pay. We will send an email acknowledging receipt.

The receipt acknowledgment does not by itself constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. Your statutory rights apply regardless of when payment is collected.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, a delivery restriction, or a material pricing or listing error. We will notify you and promptly refund payments collected for any canceled items. We will not substitute another item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

  1. ORDER INFORMATION AND CHANGES

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

If you need to request a correction or cancellation, email info@imperiora.com promptly. We will check whether the request can be accommodated before dispatch. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping is underway.

This provision does not limit cancellation or refund rights arising under applicable law, including rights relating to shipping delays.

  1. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

We currently offer shipping to the United States. Products are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

Processing before dispatch may take up to 10 calendar days. Estimated arrival is approximately 3–5 weeks after ordering. This is an overall estimate, not an additional period to be added after processing.

Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including accepting a revised timeframe or canceling for a refund.

IMPERIORA remains your point of contact for delivery problems, even when a supplier or carrier fulfills the order. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

  1. RETURNS, DEFECTS, AND REFUNDS

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected size.

This restriction does not apply to remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or undelivered goods.

Contact info@imperiora.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. Your rights are not dependent on whether our supplier reimburses us.

  1. ACCURACY AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep product information accurate and the Website available. We may correct errors and update information, but changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website. Any interruption does not release us from our obligations for accepted orders.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content owned by IMPERIORA or used with permission is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and designs remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not, by itself, establish sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant permission to reproduce protected designs or materials.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

We use third-party providers for services such as store hosting, payments, and fulfillment. Their applicable terms may govern your direct use of their services.

Links to independent websites are provided for convenience. Purchases made directly from an independent website are subject to that seller’s terms.

For purchases made from IMPERIORA, contact us about product or order issues. We will not require you to pursue our supplier in place of contacting us.

  1. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

Any review you submit must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful content, private information about another person, or material that infringes others’ rights.

If you submit a review for public display, you permit us to display that review and the public display name you provide for that purpose. We may format it without changing its meaning.

We do not treat private customer-support messages or photographs as permission to use them in advertising. We will seek permission where needed for such use.

  1. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Products must conform to their descriptions and to requirements imposed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, liability, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Orders remain subject to the terms applicable when they were placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. No provision will be interpreted to remove mandatory consumer protections.
