Change-of-mind returns
IMPERIORA does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected size. Please review the product description and dimensions before ordering.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact info@imperiora.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, consistent with your applicable rights. Your claim is handled by IMPERIORA; you do not need to contact our supplier.
Return instructions
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions and, where necessary, a return address. Do not send items to the address printed on the shipping package unless we instruct you to do so.
If we require the return of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return method or cover reasonable return shipping costs agreed with us in advance.
Missing orders
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, email info@imperiora.com. We will investigate the shipment and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please also contact us if tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. We will check whether cancellation is still possible before dispatch. This does not restrict any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law, including those relating to shipping delays.
Refunds
We will notify you of the outcome of your request. Refunds will be issued promptly to your original payment method within applicable legal deadlines. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
Existing orders
Orders placed before this policy was updated remain subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
